Below is a great Pre-Workout Achilles Tendon Stretch

For the Achilles tendon ,here's a great routine to use for a good warm-up stretch.

1. Use the same position as you did for the calf stretch, but for this one bend your hips down slightly lower and bring that back knee up slightly.
2. Always remember to keep your back as flat as possible.
3. Remember to keep your heel of your back foot down.
4. Hold for 20 - 30 seconds. Then switch to the other leg.
The muscles stretched in this routine are the Achilles, as well as the deeper calf.
