Below is a great Pre-Workout Hip and Back Stretch

The back and hip stretch routine is very important to do so the you have less of a chance for injury.
Here's a great routine for those specific muscle groups.

1. Bend one knee at a right angle, while with your opposing hand, pull the bent leg up and over your other leg.
2. Turn your head towards the hand which is straight out while keeping the palms of both hands down.
3. While putting the other hand on your opposite thigh, raise you bent leg toward the floor until you feel a stretching sensation in the side of your hip as well as your lower back.
4. As with all routines hold for 20-30 seconds then repeat on the opposite leg.
The muscles stretched in this routine are the lower back, and middle back.
