Barbell Upright rows

Barbell upright rows are a great exercise for your delts, biceps and traps.

Here's how to perform this exercise correctly.
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the barbell slightly less than shoulder width apart with your palms facing inwards.
3. Pull the bar up until your hands are about level with your shoulders. Your elbows should be just a little higher than your hands.
4. Now pause briefly and return to your starting position.

Keep in mind not to rock your body back and forth to support the weight.
