Below is a great Pre-workout Calf Stretch.

For effective calf stretches.

1. Stand on a solid support and lean forward against a wall while allowing your head to rest against your hands.
2. Now move one bent leg forward and extend the other leg while keeping your knee straight behind.
3. Carefully move your hips forward,while keeping your lower back as flat as possible.
4. Remember to keep the stationary toes in a forward direction along with the stationary heel.
5. Hold for 20- 30 seconds and repeat on the other leg.
