Dumbbell flat bench flys

Flat bench flys are important for focusing on your pectorials with out involving your delts and triceps. Keep in mind to focus on your form while doing this exercise so you can hopefully avoid injury.

Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.
1. Lie down on the bench with your feet flat on the floor or on the bench, which ever is more comfortable.
2. Now with your outstretched arms grab the dumbbells in each hand.
3. Slightly bend your elbows.
4. Now slowly bring your arms together until the dumbbells almost hit each other, then return to your initial starting point.
