Dumbbell incline press

The dumbbell incline press works the same way as the incline bench were as it focuses on the upper part of your chest muscles.

Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.
1. Lie flat on the bench and secure your feet to either the footrest on firmly on the floor.
2. Grab the dumbbells with heavier weight be sure to have some one there to spot you, then maintain a grip on the dumbbells.
3. Lift the dumbbells from the starting position. Keep in mind keep the dumbbells slightly wider than shoulder width.
4. Slowly lower the dumbbells until they reach your upper chest (collar bone) then slowly bring them back to the starting position and repeat.
