Dumbbell shoulder shrugs are an ideal exercise just for the traps(your shoulders)as well as to add extra neck stability. Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.


1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the dumbbells at your side with palms facing inward towards your thigh.
