Forearm Reverse Curl exercises are essential to strength training, because if you have weak wrists most arm and chest routines would be almost impossible to perform.

Here's the correct way to do the wrist flexion exercise.
1. Lean forward on the bench
2. Place your forearms on your thighs. The barbell should be held in a position past your knees with your palm facing up.
3. Allow your wrists to bend back as far as comfortably possible.
4. Slowly bend your wrist up as far as you can,then return to the starting position.
