Front Dumbbell Raise

Front dumbbell raises are a great exercise for delts and traps.
Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.


1. Get yourself the appropriate weighted dumbbells.
2. Make sure to stand with straight posture, Now with your hands facing your thighs.
3. Make sure the dumbbells are touching from end to end.
4. Make sure your feet are shoulder width apart.
