Hanging Leg Raises

Hanging leg raises are another great way to really work on the abs. Hanging leg raises focus on the entire mid section but really get into the lower problem ab area.

Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.
1. You can use a dip setup for this. So first secure yourself on the apparatus with your back firmly in place and with your forearms resting on the pads
2. Now proceed to slowly bring your knees up to your midsection.
3. Briefly hold this position for a second and slowly bring your legs back down.
4. Once done repeat for however many reps you may have.
