Incline Bench Press

The incline bench press works on the upper part of your chest muscles.

Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.
1. Lie flat on the bench and secure your feet to either the footrest on firmly on the floor.
2. Grab the bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder width.
3. Lift the bar from the uprights
4. Slowly lower the bar until it reaches your upper chest (collar bone) as always keep in mind not to bounce the bar off of your chest due to the high risk of injury.
