Machine dips are a difficult exercise
but they're allot easier the doing them with out the machine on
just a dip bar. The dip machine will help you maintain better posture
while doing this exercise,also it assists you on the way back up.
Hers the proper way to perform this exercise.
1. Now stand between the two handles,then place both feet on the
foot bar now bend your knees.
2. Now slowly bend your elbows and lower your self down,now lower
yourself until your upper arms are parallel with the floor. Then
raise your self back to the starting position.
3. Always keep in mind your posture is extremely important never
arch your back.
