Machine Leg Curls

Leg curls help balance out your hamstrings to keep them equal to your quads. It is important to maintain a balance between the two.

Here's the correct way to perform this exercise.
1. Lie down on the bench face first, now place your lower legs under the pads.
2. Your kneecaps should be positioned just over the edge of the pad and not on the pad itself.
3. Now take hold of the handles on either side of the bench.
4. Pull your heels up as close to your buttocks as possible.
5. Slowly return to the initial starting position.
