Machine Leg Extensions

Machine leg extensions are great for quad workouts. Leg extensions will not only help you to build bigger upper thighs but also give your a defined look for your upper legs.

Here's how to perform this routine.
1. Sit down with your back firmly and flatly against the back pad. Now put your shins behind the lower leg pad.
2. Grasp the handles on either side of the seat.
