Side Dumbbell Raise

Side dumbbell raises are a harder exercise to perform,but with attention to detail you should be able to follow these instructions. This exercise focuses on the delts and traps.


Here's how to perform this exercise correctly
1. Grab the desired weight of dumbbells and stand with feet shoulder width apart.
2. Now bend slightly forward at the waist and let the dumbbells touch.
3. Make sure your palms are facing each other.
4. Now in a swooping motion raise the weights to shoulder level pause briefly then return to the starting position.
