T-Bar Rows

The T-bar row exercise allows you to focus on your lats, traps, delts, biceps and forearms all in one routine. Here's how to correctly perform this exercise.
1. Place your feet on the footrest, then place your stomach on the pad lie completely flat.
2. Now with a firm grip grab the handles. Keep in mind to have only the weight that is acceptable for you no need to over do it.
3. Keep a slight bend in the knees and a slight arch to your lower back.
4. Begin to slowly pull the weight upward, keeping your elbows tight to your sides.
5. Proceed to pull the bar up to your chest, briefly hold then begin to lower the bar back to its starting position.
