Treadmill

Spending 10 minutes on the treadmill is a great way to warm up before lifting weights and also to help burn off a few calories.

Always keep in mind that when on a treadmill if your breathing too hard your going to fast and if you don't feel any different from when you first got on the treadmill your probably not doing anything other than walking in place.

Ideally you should try to elevate your heart rate as well as your body temperature in order to warm up and to send blood flowing to all of your muscles.
