Tricep Cable Push Downs

Tricep cable pushdowns are another great activity for your triceps, this is done on the cable machine and will allow you strict focus on your triceps. You can use either a bar or rope, typically the rope will prove to be more difficult of the two. So once you've decided whether the rope or bar is ideal for you then you can begin this exercise.
Here's the correct way to perform the exercise.


1. Grab the rope or bar. Keep in mind your elbows should be bent at a 90 degree angle and tightly kept at your side.
2. Steadily straighten your elbows, then return back to your starting position. Keep in mind do not lean forward keep your back as straight as possible,do not look down or sideways this will just put more stress on your entire neck and upper back. And as always never snap or lock your elbows in a straightened position.
